What our package includes:

• Stable rent on our dedicated exclusive purpose-built yard (maximum of 8 stables) 

• Access to secure turnout ALL year round

• Use of all our exceptional facilities – to include 60x40m flood lite outdoor arena, SJ & XC schooling paddock available summer months

• Full livery of the horse on a daily basis

• Professional/qualified yard owner

• All food and bedding included

Daily care includes:

• 12′x12′ brand new airy and light stable with pellet bed

• Haylage – as little or as much as your horse requires

• Hard feed – 2 per day  (supplements not included or special diets)

• All turning out and bringing in all year round

• Rug changes

• Feet picking out

• Summer bathingHolding/bringing in your horse for vet and farrier visits

• Parking for your trailer or horsebox (additional cost)

• Fields poo picked 

General Terms and Conditions:

• Clipping and show preparation are available by negotiation at a separate cost

• Exercise of your horse is available at a separate cost

• Farrier/vet charges are not included

• Feed supplements and balancers are not included

• All clients are required to fill in and agree to a contract and code of conduct
